You can only spin if your rear tires lose traction while the fronts have traction...if the car is powerful enough, if can spin the rear tires. However, depending on torque split, it will more likey spin the fronts first because of rear weight transfer, causing understeer. Probly the best ways to spin an AWD are to go quite fast, slam on the brakes hard (without ABS), enough to lock the back tires (which have relatively no weight on them) but not the fronts. Then cut the wheel either way. The fronts have traction, the backs don't. Either that, or get going in fast donuts...then yank up on the handbrake. This will lock the back tires, but the front traction and momentum will spin the back around...in theory anyway. Try it, but be careful and have fun.
