Car Specifications128UP 01-07-2004, 07:32 PM Hello, I was wondering if any of you guys have a bookmarked site that is easy to find a car's specifications ei. hp, and other info.. Layla's Keeper 01-07-2004, 08:11 PM Well, www.ultimatecarpage.com has some useful info, but they're more for history and pictures than straight facts. I use The Illustrated Directory of Sports Cars by Graham Robson for most of my facts. It's a book. carrrnuttt 01-07-2004, 08:30 PM Try this (http://www.google.com/). 128UP 01-07-2004, 09:34 PM Try this (http://www.google.com/). Ok, now out of those pages which are actually info? Looks like 99% of them are used parts..Wake up, I think people catched on to Google buddy carrrnuttt 01-07-2004, 10:00 PM A bit slow on the uptake, are ya? carrrnuttt 01-07-2004, 10:05 PM It's called: "Do a search." Try it. At some point or another, members here have had to find out about a car's specs, to support his/her argument, or to discredit somebody else's, or to just simply talk cars. Everybody so far has been able to do it without having to ask for a specific site, because there are as many enthusiast sites as there are cars on the road, it seems like. Also, one site will not contain the specs of ALL cars. Figure out which car you want the specs of and SEARCH. 128UP 01-07-2004, 10:13 PM It's called: "Do a search." Try it. I understand that a simple search will bring the answer but how many pages of google must one go through. No Rant intended. I simply asked "if any of you guys have a bookmarked site that is easy to find a car's specifications ei. hp, and other info..." not "yo, how do i find a cars specs on the web?" Its a complete waste of fucking time doing a search. Best bet is to get a book JekylandHyde 01-09-2004, 11:50 AM tc3 01-09-2004, 01:20 PM this place is good (http://www.carfolio.com) Polygon 01-09-2004, 02:23 PM LjasonL 01-09-2004, 04:58 PM http://www.angelfire.com/pa3/ford/performance1.htm There's only one Subaru made after '93 even listed, and it's an Outback :( carrrnuttt 01-09-2004, 05:00 PM Like I said, there is no ONE or even five sites that you can go to everytime.
