1999 Pontaic Grand Prix GTP

I was the info on programming remotes - great stuff !
I was hoping someone would have info on matching transmitters to the
above listed vehicle. I tried to synchronize the transmitters according to the instructions in the owners manual - did not work. The manual says the dealer can match the transmitters to the vehicle. The dealer told me the car never came with keyless entry [owners manual says it did].
Any help would be greatly appreciated !

It could be an after market one.. check under the steering colum and see if there is a black slim box about 4 inches wide and 8 inches long with 3 million wires coming out of it.. if it came with the car it would be a gm product if not there would be another brand name located someplace on the sticer.. hope this helps..
