I was wondering what's a good year to look at buying? taking into consideration the mods available and such. Thanks for any help.

Hey het a 94 gt-4 or a 03 gts they are great when it is top speed.

i would not say the newest model if you are thinking of modding the car... they arent that turbo friendly... you can get much more power from the older models... i would get an alltrac or something like that

94 GT4 would be tough to get if he's in the States.

Depends on what you want RATM.

I love my Alltrac. I would never trade it for any other Celica.
