Question Airbag Light/Starting/Speakers

1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport
I have three issues and I'm not sure if they are related?

1. From time to time when I try to start my Jeep it won't start. If I put my foot on the gas it will sometimes turn over and stay going as long as my foot is on the gas. As soon as I take my foot off the gas...it dies. I have put fuel injection cleaner a few times through with a new tank of gas, and it will start again, but it just keeps coming back?

2. From time to time the airbag light comes on the panel and all my controls die. The car still runs fine, not hitch in driving, but just loose all of the panel. If I wait a few minutes, it all usually comes back on?

3. I don't get any sound out of the rear overhead speakers. When I put the nob towards the back? Nothing? I have checked the connection on the speaker and the wires all seem fine? Sometimes when I go over a bump I might get a blip of sound for a few seconds, and then nothing?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
