Angry 92 TBI with new vortec heads

I have a jeep with a 92 chevy 350 TBI. I rebuilt the engine last year and put vortec heads on it. Once it was finally running, it hasn't run right yet. It had a stumble on acceleration. I had the computer re-programmed. Then installed a new cam (comp cam 12-249-4) to see if it would help....no luck! haven't been happy yet. I've adjusted and re-adjusted the valves hoping that this would help....anyone here installed vortec heads and had then work without much effort? Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks
