Yes it can.

I have one, and it's a very well rounded car. You can make it fast and it already handles well out of the box. Do some suspension mods, and you're set. By the way, are you talking about the E36 model or the E46?

take a integra type R or prelude, for example. how well does this go against it? o-60mph.. etc..
