Well, Pieter, how good are you with a compression tester? Are you familiar with doing a compression check? Those are some "symptoms" of a blown head gasket. If you're not currently driving it, then don't start. You RISK further engine damage. Because if engine coolant is leaking into a cylinder and you try to start the car with the uncompressible, noncombustible fluid in there, serious damage (bent valves, bent rod, cracked piston, broken rings--you get the picture. If you're familiar with the troubleshooting and repair of a head gasket (cracked or warped head, are also possibilities) then dig in. If not, get it to your favorite repair shop. It won't be cheap (mainly labor prices).
