Post Purchased driving lights, but no harness!

Hey guys. I posted this on the old PH Forums, but no luck there. Maybe somebody can help me here this time around.

When I went to the Philippines, I purchased a pair of Maxtel JF846 driving lights (can be found here) -- just do a 'find' for "JF 846"; it's near the bottom of the (long) page. All that was in the box was the housing, mounting brackets, and the bulbs -- no wiring harness!

Now I don't know if these driving lights are useless to me, that's why I came here. Can I purchase "universal" harnesses (if there is such a thing)? or do I throw them out the window?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

honestly I don't think they have universal harnesses sad to say. But what I would do is just post them up on e-bay and sell them.

Why dont you just make a harness. All you need is a 20/30A relay, switch and automotive wire.

It's all good guys! My brother took out his harness from his car and gave it to me. All I had to make were longer grounds.

The PIAA super plasma bulbs I have for headlights don't do justice in the rain (which we get a LOT of here), so hopefully the PIAA super whites that are in the driving lights will compensate somewhat.

Here's a pic:

It only looks good from the front . I'll definately post more pics later (in the 92+ Civic Forum), and you'll see that my car is nothing special . I'll post another reply here once I have the pics up. Is the pic on my signature too big?

Your car still looks good if it isn't that special. And your pic in your sig is fine.
