how do i bypass the vatts system in a 93 buick lesabre

how do i by pass the vatts system in a 92 buisk lesabre to install the bulldog remote starter without buying a module from bull dog

Take a meter across your key pellet, then go buy a resistor of the same valvue install it across the 2 VATS wires at the base of the column.

Yep, just read the resistance on the key and then goto radio shack and get a resistor or combination of them that matches that code.

The correct way is to use a reg. 5 pin relay and wire it so that when not remote started, the VATS works as it did before. Most amatures just wire it inline and totally bypass the VATS.
