Serpentine Belt Question

I have a 1999 GA SE 3.4 V6 with just over 52k miles. Just today I noticed a rhythmic squeak noise coming from something on the belt drive. Do you think this is a sign of the belt or tensioner failing? The noise seems to go away after the motor is up to operating temperature.

Thanks,
CRQ
