Question Steel Braided Brake Lines (help)

does anyone know where i can get steel braided brake lines for a 2000 4wd silverado 1500. i have a 6" lift with 35's and my brakes suck. they are too spungy. any suggestions on good pads and rotors would be great too as they need to be replaced soon. thanks, david

I couldn't find a kit for my 01. I blew out a stock rubber line from a 35" BFG rubbing it, so I had to measure the length that I wanted, and order some generic braided lines from the local performance store. They work great!

Can you tell a difference it the way truck brakes and have you done any other brake mods?

I didn't feel a huge difference.... I just wanted longer lines basicly, and the being skinnier was a plus for clearence.
