Question 90-93 to 3S-GTE alltrac conversion

I can't find an alltrac anywhere and I would like to know the difficulty, price, and practicality of changing a fwd celica (90-93) in to the alltrac design. What all is involved in this conversion? What engines do the fwd gt's/gt-s's come with? Would I be better off wating for an alltrac to sell nearby (near Kansas City) or just start looking at other cars?

Why can't we have japan spec cars. Who cares about emissions, outlaw smoking and let us pollute some more, we'll come out even.
