Here is my idea. (location is easy to spot and right next to 495).

Tysons1 Mall... JCPenney Outside Parking Lot @ 11:15AM. We will wait until 11:30-40, so, if you know you are going to be late or wanna head out later, just go ahead and go to MD. We will roll up to the Maryland Meet together, and meet up w/ the MD and Philly crew. Spread the word to your fellow NoVA Rexers.
