please help me

while driving the car i step on the gas gently or in cruise up hills the car feels like it gets gas and then nothing. already replaced fuel filter, hooked up to computer no one can diagnose the problem. it feels like im running out of gas but i have full tank of fuel. feels like the car is jerking. please help me

Or maybe that the small reservoir on your fuel tank is loose. There is a small reservoir in your fuel tank that make sures the car always get fuel up or down hill. I have seen this before. Check the transmision also, but check that the fuel tank is ok
