Can wood paneling inside X-5 be changed.

We've finally found the perfect X-5 real thrilled but the wife doesn't like the wood paneling. Dealer's willing to swap wood from another car. Is there a problem with that? They have to remove all the panels of the doors and take it off from the inside.

Just concerned about future rattles etc., if they don't do a good job putting it back.

Thanks in advance...Trying to sign the dotted line in a few hours..
