I JUST PUT MY 86 TAURUS ON THE ROAD, IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE WHO CAN TELL ME WHICH TERMINAL IS POSITIVE AND WHICH TERMINAL IS NEGATIVE, ON MY WIRING, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE WIRE WITH THE WHITE STRIPE DOWN THE MIDDLE MEANS PLEASE. REPLY IN THIS FORUM OR E-MAIL ME AT BIGBARK34@YAHOO.COM

if your putting any power to your system, you'll need to rewire the hole thing. factory wireing on tauruses are crap, worse than crap.and that box in the trunk is a nightmare. trust me, i have a 92 SHO and a 96 gl. both have systems and both had to be completly rewired.
