would a muffler from a 4.6 fit on my 3.0 ..

It depends on the Part
Engine, Transmitting Sys,Exhaustion Sys and most of the Machanical parts will not fit

Most of Electrical, Electronic & Decoration parts
will fit

To make sure & to be happy just ask spare parts dealer whether the parts will fit or not :)
