Is resetting the Ecu by pulling the hazard fuse for 10 seconds still clear the memory and truly reset the ECU?

ive never heard of doing it that way, are you trying to get rid of a ckeck engine light? most vechicles if you disconnect the battery on both posts overnight it will reset , you need to let it sit a decent ammount of time if its a newer car due to the newer ecu's have capassitors in them that keep them awake for a peroid of time after disconnecting the battery.:D

In the service manual it tells you to pull the hazard fuse to reset your ecu. I have reset my ecu like this every time i have had to do it, and it worked fine. :flash:
