GTB vs GTB E-Tune

I currently live in the US but am heading to NZ and will be buying a Legacy GTB, however I've heard aboiut the Legacy GTB E-Tune.

Other than seeing a picture of one at the '99 Tokyo motor show and seeing it mentioned on the Subaru NZ website I haven't been able to find anything that tells me the differences between the two, so my question...

Whats the difference between the Legacy GTB & the Legacy GTB E-Tune?
