Wiring Troubles

I have 95' Dakota and tried hooking up an amp this weekend, all and all, my truck doesn't even start now. Somehow when i was unplugging the Cd player the cap between the wires connecting the Cd player to the ignition fell off, they then hit some metal and sparked. At first I thought the problem was a dead battery, but thats not the case. All of my lights work and I can turn on the windshield wipers and the heat. I used a tester on the ignition and it isn't getting any power. I already checked all of the fuses so the only thing I can think of is that either the wire is toasted or I blew something.

Anyone have a clue of what the problem could be?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Dan
