I am showing code 32 on a 1995 caravan (EGR System). I have NO drivability problems and code only shows when engine is warm and has been driven a few hundred yards. I have cleared the code and checked for vaccum at the egr with throttle at high rpm--(no vaccum) As i don't own a scanner i am guessing it is the the egr solenoid. Has anyone run into the same situation ?? As the dealer wants a couple of hundred bucks for a new egr and solenoid and all I would like is for that damn light to go out..

take the light out if you really dont want to see it, but be warned that if something else happens that it wont show, or cover it up with a peice of black tape, i mean, iv seen lots of people do that. iv gto a 95 myself and i havent had any problems with the EGR system. or if you want to have it checked by a scanner, like here were i live, either an auto zone, advance auto parts, or some other store wuld do it for free and give you a true reading instead of ripping you off like te dealer. good luck

All the jobber's (independant Shops) around here have to buy aftermarket scanners (Snap-on/Mac). So they charge a min of 40.00 to 60.00 bucks to scan a vehicle. just wanted to see if this was a common problem with this vehicle---best bet for me is to replace egr solenoid & egr and hope for the best..

worth a try, id say go buy a Haynes Manual for your car, it has the codes in it if you already know the code, and thats only $20.00 and you can take it back after using it :-) it will have the codes in the book sence you already know them
