I think I work on my friends honda more than mine, he has 86 hatchback with the flip-up lights. I need some ideas on why they won't close, and were to start. I have ordered the shop manual on cd but have not got it yet. CAN ANYONE HELP ME???

I know on my preludes dash there is 2 switches one for the lights to stay up and one for fog lights. I dunno if accords are the same.
