Looks great Brian, top notch paintjob, but... is this a Mazda emblem in the front?

OMG. That paint is so rich, and the surface so smooth!!! I'm lost in a sea of red.

Absolutely fantastic!
I've got a GT-One kit waiting to be built like yours. Now I got some inspiration.

Actually, come to think of it, I've had some internet pic of a blue GT-one roadcar forever... now I want to build it, too, because of you, Brian!!
What Museum Collection decals did you use? Is that where the white "GTone" logos came from?
And BTW, I'd love to see pics of that smooth-as-silk paintjob in the sunlight!!

Beautiful, makes me want to get off my a*s and finish mine!! It's been on the bench now for 4 months and all I've got to do is spray the body and add a bit more carbon
I'll post pics of the finished article whenever I get round to it!!

Say, wasn't that Mazda suppose to be orange and green???
Jay, the GTone decals are from the Museum Collection set. I'll use the streaky stripes on something else someday.

That is just beautiful. No, really, just beautiful. I'm always just a little disappointed to see race cars without their full racing livery (I like them, but.. you know..) Except for this one, it is the exception to my rule. It looks just fantastic in the pure red and the CF. Your model captures the grace and simple beauty that is the GT-one without sacrificing the undeniably muscular and high tech underpinnings that made it all possible. This just might be my single favoritest model to date. Top notch! Good work! I can't praise it enough.
