Looking for a set of Dakota Sport Wheelsflyinhigh79 11-20-2003, 10:04 AM I have a 97 Dakota SLT Extended Cab. The only thing my truck is lacking is a set of nice wheels. I do not want to spend all the money to get custom wheels. I would be more than happy to find a set of factory Sport wheels that someone was willing to sell. I am not interested in the wheels having tires on them but if they do, Bonus. Please let me know. Bdav123 02-03-2004, 02:07 PM Go to www.tirerack.com they have some that look just like them for 184 a piece, I think they look better than stock. s10frameoff1993 02-03-2004, 06:57 PM With the price you're going to pay for OEM Sport rims, why not go out and purchase a new set of rims. 15" or even 16" rims and tires are not that expensive. I just bought a 255/55R18 for $170. flyinhigh79 02-04-2004, 12:10 PM Thanks for the help. I don't know what it is but I like the Sport wheels much better. I just bought a set from a 2001 Dak for 400 bucks and got a full size spare to boot. Tires on them list for 110 bucks a piece and they were brand new, and the 2001 went to 16's so I lucked out all the way around. The tires are goodyear RT/S 265/70/16's. I am very happy. Now my truck looks much tougher. Thanks for the help though, LBdude 06-29-2004, 09:49 PM I have a set of 4 wheels and tires 15" 31x10.50 Goodyear Wrangler ATS, from my 99 Dakota SLT 4x4.The wheels are in great shape the tires have about 32,000 miles on them. flyinhigh79 06-30-2004, 09:46 AM I got a sweet deal. Found someone with a 2003 that was lifting it. Scored a set of the new 16" sport wheels wrapped with 265/70/16 Good Year's. They look sweet. I get compliments all the time as to how much better my truck looks. Now if I could just keep the brake dust off them I would be in great shape. Thanks for all the help. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
