3S-GTE ECU and injector Q's

How may injectors and what size and impredance...

Also, can these ECU's be re-flashed for more boost, (eg, reflash for bigger injectors)

I have a friend with an MR2 and we are starting to research stock layout to begin mods...

the more info the better!!!!
Thanks in advance,

Gen II injectors are 440cc, and gen III 540cc. That's all I know about that

Cheers

Re: 3S-GTE ECU and injector Q's

cc will change with fuel pressure. 430 @38psi, 508 @52psi (base pressure) (numbers may not be exact, but damn close)

You can re-flash, ask Reg at RCTS in Calgary Alberta Canada.

For a little more cash , go standealone ECU , and pay someone to tune it.

Upgrading the ECU would only be perfect if the maps were programmed while the car was dyno'd or had a wb o2 system to tune the A/F .

Over the phone ECU upgrading will not be 100% perfect.. As every engine is different...

good luck!
