couple more kills for the max

ok, i know these are both 100% true since i'm supposed to kill these cars stock vs. stock anyways....

first was one of my friends from college, we both came out of class and then both headed home. when i had the z he knew not to mess with me, but he was thinking he could take the max. he has a 2000 celica gt with one of those slanted catback exhausts and one or two other mods. he also has nos, but he said he had to refill it because he was empty.... i just laughed hehe.

anyways we headed onto the main street. my car looks completely stock and he didn't think i was serious.... but since i got the intake he knew something was up because it just sounds badass. wide open street, i went down to 2nd and caught up with him until we were side by side about 35mph, and then let a nice rev out. a second later he revved his celica and right when he did we went.

race was over in about 3-4 seconds.... he held for about 1 second and then i immediately took about 3 cars on him. slaughter

then when i was a mile or two from my home, i was at the light just chilling. then a nice cute lil white car strolled up, and i thought nothing of it. looked around... he had enkei's on and then i heard his exhaust rumbling. it was a late model prelude. he didn't know what i had, so after the light change i just pulled off normally. then when i was in second i bumped the engine a little, and he immediately floored it. over the next 5 or so seconds i gained about 2-3 car lengths up to about 45-50 and then he just backed off and slinked away. im thinking he had an auto, but still this was a decent race, a little closer than the celica.

anyways im getting a nice idea of what i can beat on...

Re: couple more kills for the max

i used to have a 95 maxima se 5 speed before my new max. you'd be surprised by what kinda cars you can beat. any 3 series bimmer, not an M. I took a type r integra, preludes, vigors, legends, n/a supra's and sc300's are fun to race, usually the max wins cuz the 4th gens ae so light. it was surprisingly close to my friends automatic 2k1 3.2 cl type s. i whooped a modded s10 xtreme.

they're definitely lil sleepers.
