Is it bad to stay on the rev limiter that long?

To say I got smoked is an understatement. :)

Due to some confusion at the track, they were staging street cars with full blown drag cars. The car in the other lane is a drag race only corvette and he ran a 8.9 second pass on that run.

well when i was burning out, and was bouncing off the rev limiter too long my EGT's would rise up pretty damn high......

Good work with the very low 12. I've been waiting to hear that you've run an 11 for a while now (hurry up!), from the sounds of it, it's just around the corner though :) Who knows, maybe if my car's running ok after my Haltech install, I'll beat you to the 11's.
