1990 Stanza removing PS/Alt idle pulley/bearing

My daughter 's 90 Stanza shreaded the PS & Alt belt ,when I went to change it noticed the real problem was the idle pulley wasn't moving freely. can't get it off it is so close to the frame and engine there is only about 3" of room got the bolt washer and pulley loose but don't have enough room to manuver off the bolt .It almost looks like I have to lower or raise the engine?

Any help/

Thanks Bill

OK got it replaced ,don't know if it was sagging motor mounts or what ,but it was a tight fit had to fiddle with it from top and bottom just to get it off ,then had to notch the inside of the new one just enough to get the bolt over the hump ( used the Dremel) .I think I'll try to talk my daughter into getting a Toyota .
