Yup, I run "15's I have 15x6.5 size Rota wheels, and run 205/50 15 size Yokohama ES100 tires on them. Excellent tires, I'd highly recommend them. I actually went aunto-X'ing on them today for the first time since getting them (first time on these tires I mean) and they grip the ground VERY well. They don't allow for very much lack of grip sliding that other tires will tend to do in extreme situations like that. I'd give them 3 thumbs up, but I only got 2 hands, LOL!

i run 15s with 195/55/R15 right now i'm debating about going to 205s though. I use the Dunlop SP sports FM 901s and am super happy with them too.

I have run 195/50/15s and 205/50/15s and 195/55/15 series tires on my 15x6.5" rims.

You made the best choice in tire size for that RIM.

would you guys recommend 15's on a crx? cuz i was thinking that 16's were too big, for that small of car. i wanna get all my power to the ground, are 15's the way to go?

Well there are more tires sizes in 15s than in 14s and especially in performance tires. Plus in most cases the wheel will be wider so that's better for handling. The stock wheels are 14x5.5" and stock 99-00 Si wheels are 15x6". I'm running 15x7" wheels with 205/50x15" tires instead of 195/55x15" tires so that equals more grip.

do you recommend putting on the 99-00 si rims on the crx? cuz i was looking at them and i like how they look. would i use the tires that they come in, or should i get different ones? which ones would you recommend? thanks for your help.

Do not use the stock Michelins that came on any Civic. They suck. What are you going to use these tires and wheels for? Everyday driving? Autocross? Winter?

Any almost any 15" will be a step up compared to the stock wheels (14").

it's goin to be an everyday driver. maybe some autocross in there, but very slim chance.

Just bought a set of Bridgestone Potenza RE910
205/55R15 for my 96 Prelude SR-V.

Love these tires..excellent handling on wet and dry pavement. Havnt had these things slip on me yet and they grab SOOOO well of the line. Not too sure how they will handle in the snow but im not too worried.

Definetly recommend!

Those are the tires that came stock on the 99-00 Civic Si and they are the crappiest tire out there no matter what weather.

i live in the suburbs of chicago. sometimes we get a shit load of snow, sometimes just a little, but you usually get snow.

Then you want to get some all seasons for now. You'll be SOL when snow falls and you get "summer only" tires.
