Just bought a secondhand 2000 X5 and all appears to be working except the voice recognition is in German. Anyone know how to change it to english? (Dealer seems to be having problems?)

I have the same problem, I can translate the navigation and everything to english but the voice recognition still speaks and write in german
did you find out how to fix this ??

IVE SEARCH ON THE WEB AND I THINK YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE MODULE. SEE THE

ALSO SPOKE WITH OFFICIAL BMW DEALER AND THEY SAID ITS A VERY DIFICULT THING TO DO AND IT COULD COST 1200 EUROS
