I know someone working for a German embassy who has the new 206 RC (with German plates).
But for a "classic" citizen, it's very difficult and expensive to import a car which is not officially imported in the USA.
The only way you can explore is to bring a 206 from Mexique, have a look on this website : http://www.peugeot.com.mx/

Not official, but Peugeot is expecting to come back arround 2008-2009 in North America (the 206 will have been replaced at this time by the 207 )
