95 Trooper AC And Blower On All Time

I have a 1995 Trooper with 160000 miles I bought it new and I still like it. Except for the excess oil burning. Anyway when I turned my key off today the blower for the ac and heater continued to run. So I turned it off manually and it went off. So I cranked the truck and let it run for a minute and shut it down and turned on the fan and it still ran. Nothing else in the car will work when the key is off, just the fan. I looked for the relay for the fan to see if it was bad or stuck, but I don't know where it is. If the ignition switch was bad I should have more than one thing staying on. Please Help the closest dealer to me is nearly 100 miles. Thanks

I had an identical problem in my 1996 Trooper. Turned out to be a blown component in my alternator. You'll find that the fan has a separate power feed from the alternator. You can't replace that component ... requires a new alternator (at least in my case).
