Question Engine ratings

anybody know what the horsepower ratings are on the internals of a '97 LT1 engine? like the connecting rods and pistons and stuff like that. I'm just trying to figure out at what point I'm gonna have to change that stuff out for better ones that will hold the hp.

Im not an expert but I think around 400-450 rear wheel horsepower your gonna wanna upgrade to heavy duty parts.
