Flood car means car has been in flood (normally this is mentioned in the title but some people don't tell there insurance companies when it happens)

I bought the car for 4800.
It had a little rust in the engine bay but we thought nothing of it. But while changin my rims one of the wheels studs broke because the lugnut was rusted onto it. so we started looking around and even under the seats is rusty and falling apart so we are talking to the place we bought it from.
I am getting a better car out of the deal so I dont really mind but it is taking me all weekend to make the car look stock again (kinda wierd feeling to take aftermarket parts OFF...lol)

they have d16's with a little more HP

I've seen my share of "real cars" but was always more interested in making mountains out of hills, instead of mountains out of mountains, so I bought a Honda and made it faster than the majority of stock V8's and other road cars. I doubt she'll ever see 900hp though :(
