Exclamation electrical and vacuum troubleshooting

I just took delivery of the 1984 Caprice wagon I bought on eBay a few months ago, took awhile to get things straightened out and now I have the car in my possession, however the previous owner was about to pull the engine so he disconnected EVERYTHING under the hood. I don't even know where to start. I put together some things I recognized from other B-body cars I've owned, but some of these connectors and some of these vacuum lines are a mystery to me.

My question is, is there anyone in the Dallas-Fort Worth area who could come over and help me finish this up? I might be able to get it on my own in a couple of days but I'm afraid the apartment complex will tow the vehicle since the tags and inspection are out, the tags I can get, but I have to drive it to the inspection.

I also need to buy a length of power steering hose (he cut the low pressure side hose) and have an ignition key made unless he mails me the right one. Everything else is present and accounted for and tested the best I can without the key.

honestly, you might just try the Library. They got just about everything on every car, and it's free!
