You might want to check your vacum hoses under the dash behind the controll pannel, if it is electrical then the questions I would have is the blower motor working or not. 1989 to 1992 probe have a resistor coil by the blower motor, this is located behind the dash on the passenger side. The motor is located in the air plentum and right by that is a plug-in for the power, you have to remove the plug housing. What happens is the resistor is what goes bad and you have to replace it, it will cause the blower to come on at low speeds and it will keep the A/C from engaging. I had the same problem with my probe and when I replaced the resistor it fixed both of the same problems. biggs 12-14-2003, 12:16 PM Are you saying the inside fan doesnt work? I had a similar problem with my probe. The inside blower fan would work at times and other times it wouldnt. Remove the glove box and look upper right for a relay that is comming unplugged. Hope that helps. :) vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
