Re: Could This Be The Next Nsx???
Here's the Honda press release saying the same thing.

Who want's to bet the "H" in "HSC" stands for "hybrid?"
Awesome!

At a quick glance, it reminds me of an Enzo. They've done well on this one.

Honda is going to launch an exhilarating rival for the Ferrari Enzo super car. The Honda Sports Concept (HSC) will become the all-new NSX.
Honda will show the concept car at the Tokyo Motor Show. The NSX disappeared from the market in 1991 and now Honda feels it is time to relive this sports car.
The HSC will be a no-frills muscle machine with carbon fibre panels. Its design has sharp edges and there are flat sides which will also improve the car's aerodynamics.
The rear lights make use of LED technology which apparently has a holographic 3D effect. A glass screen exposed the mid-mounted engine.
Honda will fit the concept with a 3-litre V6 engine which will develop about 225kW and it is mated to a six-speed gearbox.
It is expected that the production version will go on sale in 2005.

NSX was my first thought when I saw it. The side intakes
look like an EB110(pretty good) the front end looks just the
way it should but, in my opinian, though the back looks stylish
I think it should be toned down a bit.
PS. charlietanpants, the NSX was introduced in 1991 and
has been on the market ever since, but I assume that was
just a mistake.

The NSX has always had a dash of Ferrari in its looks.

Not bad. Dig the dual center exhausts. I'd buy one.....

WOw,
hehe
The rear reminds me of the Pagani Zonda C12, and the front is pure NSX. I can't wait what tales time will tell with this car.

According to the Honda people this is going to replace the NSX. It is going to be smaller than the car you are use to and have (according to the Current buzz) approx 300 HP. It remains to be seen as to if they are going to cling to that standard though. The other item is if they are going to rename the car, which according to sources seemed likely. I would like to say that I am excited about this car but would like to see the real deal, not the concept. Still holding my breath but we won't see this car for at least two years. One last comment (which is why this is going to show as "updated") Where is the signature rear spoiler that the NSX has? The one molded as part of the car? This was one of the things that drew me to the current generation car. Alas, my dear toy, where did thou goest?
