Anyone know where I can get a new or used one that WORKS, for a cheap price. I can find some around where I live for 500+ but I was looking for maybe a better DEAL.

Get it fixed permanently. Go to www.circuitsolutions.info and have the EBCM ABS module rebuilt for $100. You can still drive your truck while the module is being rebuilt.
