We can sit here all day on this subject. Seems as if you want a wide tire. Do you want hieght and width? Sticky road tires or all terrain? I am in the middle of deciding what to do with my 92 2WD. I have 15x7" camaro/vette ralleys with 225/70R15 but could of easily went to a 235/70R15. What ever you do you have to watch the width of your rim in relation to the backspacing. I seen a 96 S10 with the new vette wheels. The are 17x9.5 He used wheel spacers (found on ebay) The fronts were 1/2" different in length though. And it kept a stock look and didnt stick out to far. Over stuff your wheel wells and you will regret it. I am going to try and take a pair of 1991 Camaro 16" wheels and put some all terrain tires on them but its hard to find a 16" tire with a hieght of about 28" that will fit an 8" rim. And by the way a 2 inch body lift cost about $80 which might help a bit if you want another inch on the tire height.
