ok, i jus got a 01 extreme v6 and dont kno jack shit bout these trucks. what all can i do to it performance wise that isnt gonna cost me out the ass? stuff for looks too! anyone have any sites or anything like that, that is good to check out?

you could put an exaust on it, like flowmaster for example, or you could put in a performance chip. go to www.jcwhitney.com, and put in your vehicle onformation. then start looking for things for your truck and you will find the performance prom.
