Angry stereo problems

Can anyone help me? I have a 2000 neon and I want to replace the stereo. The problem is I don't want to use chrysler's stereo (It costs too much and it's crap), and the dash design isn't exactly the right shape to accomodate a standard rectangular shaped stereo system. Does anyone know if there is an adaptor kit available, and where I might find one?

Is it an aftermarket head unit or stock from another neon? If it's an aftermarket head unit then check with the manufacturer and they should have a kit for it.
