Does anyone ever remember a glue type smell with there Kia? It comes from the vents and smells like heavy glue. Nasty.

Re: smell?

The smell could be a hole in your heater coil. Does the defrost work?

anormally, ...like, it clears the water moisture, but replaces it with a greasy film of coolant...?(I wish you say no).

Re: smell?

Gas/fuel leakage has been a problem for some. The hose for the furel leaks and allows the smell to get in. I hope it is not your heater core. It is a HUGE major job to replace.
