Question gmc 1500 stuck in fast idle

got a 95 gmc z71 1500 that won't idle down.Anybody got any ideas?

Check for vacum leaks...especially the throttle body gasket.

The gasket leak mentioned by the above replier is not visible the the eye as the Q-jet gasket leal is. You will not see it intil you remove the throttle body. The mentioned location is almost 100% the answer. Ray
