Unhappy 1993 S10 Blazer Digital Cluster Problems

The digital cluster is not showing oil, battery, water or tach. All other gauges are working. Have already checked fuses, grounds, bulbs, circuit boards, no luck. Have torn the dash apart so I have access to everything. Good thing too. Heater core is starting to leak. Go figure. Anyways, any help on figuring this one out would be greatly appreciated.

no luck yet

Well after spending all day in the u-pull it yards, only found one vehicle that was a twin and naturally the dash was gone. Did your buddy have the electronic digital dash with the one connector or was it the one that has the speedometer cable attached?

E-mail caferacer1@comcast.net. He sells repair kits for those dashes. I' am glad I found him because the dealer said it would cost around $300.00 for a new rebuilt dash.

I got my 92 Tahoe dash working with a rebuilt cluster from mandigital on E-Bay and it worked great. Real cheap too. Here's the link.

Re: 1993 S10 Blazer Digital Cluster Problems

ive got a '93 with a completely black instrument cluster, from time to time it will come back on and all the gauges work. i have heard that there is a problem with these digital dashes linked to the horn. i am wondering if anyone has heard of this or knows anything about how to fix a dead dash. thanks!
