GSR or LS for daily driving?DJSublime87 09-28-2003, 02:21 PM I don't plan on racing or anything, but I want a pretty fast car I can play around with on country/back roads (eg. away from the cops). I was looking at a '94-'96 Integra, either LS or GSR. The problem is the GSRs are about $3000 more than the LSs around where I live. This is cause everyone that gets the GSR mods the hell out of them (which is what I want to do with whatever I get), with mostly substandard (in my mind, anyway) audio upgrades. But I want to do my own audio upgrades and mods, not have someone do all of it for me. If I am not racing, how much of a difference would I notice between the two models? Thanks 98-integra 09-28-2003, 03:10 PM the gsr is a little faster stock i think they run low to mid 15's in the 1/4 mile and the ls runs low to mid 16's you said you are going to mod it why are you going to mod if you dont want to race you just want to have something fun to drive around if you arent going to go all out like turbo or something and are just doing bolt-ons then go with the gsr it has 170hp where the ls has 142 i drive a 98 integra ls and it still pretty fast and fun to drive hope this helps Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
