i found a pretty nice 91 legend but its has an AT which isnt what i want... anyone know how much it would cost to swap the AT for a manual transmission?

I have a 92 Legend AT.
From what I've heard ( I will be doing that as well in the near future) the conversion of Automatic to Manual is about 2 thousand, now, I will be putting a TL engine on it, since its the same size.....or so I'm told... the price on the transmition all depends on what kind you want, TL? off of a Legend? yep...thats all I can say for now.

you cannot put the tranny from the TL in...totally different setup, not to mention they had many problems.

I had this done on my Legend - the ballpark you are looking at with parts and labor is in the neighborhood of 3,500.

Very worthwhile mod IMO
