i have a 96 dodge neon and ever since a couple of days ago the radiator fan will not shut off. after i turn the car off the fan continues to run until it drains the battery. is this a sensor or relay problem. any suggestions would be welcomed with much thanks

glad to hear that someone else if having the same problems. please forgive me for my stupidity put what is a toggle switch and how do you go about wiring one? any help would be appreicated.
