Angry AC problem

My AC does not blow through my vents, seem stuck in defrost. Please help

The switching of the air flow is done with engine vacuum. I had this problem on my 2000 Astro and the dealer said it was a cracked vacuum hose. $1 for the hose but $75 for labor.
