I don't know what to say about that particular Cobra except for the fact that the 99's weren't producing the rated horsepower which would explain the slower times. I hate to tell you 328isRob, but you picked the wrong link:

For further information, Muscle Mustangs and Fast Ford's ran a 13.35 with one powershifting. If you go to the 4.6Modular forum on
www.stanget.com you will consistantly see guys running 13.8-14.4 with bone stock 99-up GT's. If this isn't proof enough for you, then I've got more.
